We provided a complete controls replacement for a custom punch press / plasma cutter.  Our customer saved hundreds of thousands of dollars by upgrading the controls on this custom built machine instead of buying a new one.  In addition, the operation of the machine was tailored to his exact needs and he maintained full compatibility with his existing part programs.

The operator screens were customized to the customer’s exact needs.

We also provided a complete controls replacement for a Whitney punch press / plasma cutter for the same customer.  The controls were customized to exactly match the lager machine shown above and to also be compatible with
existing part programs

In both of these examples we replaced the CNC controller, the operator interface,
the servo drives, and the servo motors.
